hi brothers i would like change the txd of a car
machines that create that look txd or .tga files have images jumbled but if I wanted to change one of those images with my type change the framework of the machine that is designed to put a picture on txd my how can I do?

Use Gimp.
Just open gimp and find your image on car folder.
Change and save. You can change only color no shape.
