Reciently, I have finished a project of a new passat b5.
I have done a different version of your 2.8 V6 (1.8 Turbo)
Changes:

-Fix dashboard (the clocks were interchanged, rpm in the right and km/h in the left)
-Colour
-Wheels from 1.9 TDi
-1996 dash lights (green)
-1.8 Turbo 150 engine with realistic perfomance
-Added new dash lights (handbrake light, battery light and oil light)
-Ajusted gearbox

My question: Can I release it?

Yes, sure:). I like too edit other cars and make new engine variants .

1.front lights need shader

But can I do my own plate with the same style of letters?
