Giovanni, try this: (solution is for steeringwheel - 90° to left and 90° to right)
1) Open folder with car from Fabikan
2) Open car.ini in wordpad
3) Find linearity (press ctrl+f and type to searching box)
4) Change value of linearity to 0.2
5) Press ctrl+s and close car.ini
6) Try it in game

Yes, we can but i have 9 cars unfinished, from these cars i have finished without sounds only 5 cars 
so, if you want simply car like W123 200D (car what i uploaded) i can help you
